Residual sludge removal in ATEX zone 0
The dozer was developed for use in ATEX zone 0 and can clean above-ground oil tanks and oil sludge pits in confined and potentially explosive spaces.
The patented powerful, easy-grip, magnetic crawler tracks allow the versatile system to move easily through the contaminated tank. In combination with an autonomous control unit, a mobile ventilated cabin and a pressure/vacuum trolley to remove the residual sludge, it is the perfect partner for us to clean your tank!
Manless versatility
The robot's continuously repeating versatile arm movements allow it to move with ease even through thick mud. The powerful arm, controlled by hydraulics, claws in every direction with 2,000 Newton meters.
The robot is connected to a suction trolley outside the tank via a hose. It transports the material picked up via a suction head into this in the shortest possible time - regardless of whether it is fuel oil, crude oil, sludge or similar materials.
The operation is carried out remotely by our experienced employees outside the tank.
